Main Application

The speed of convey chain and knife are adjustable by converters, This machine was equipped with 3 units knives
Working principle
The stainless steel convey chain transport herb materials to the knife door, the knife cut the herb materials into slices under the rotation of cutter head. The machine was equipped with two sets of motors, one used for the running of convey chain, another used for the rotation of cutter head. These two machine were equipped with converters. The rotation speed of knife and speed of convey chain is adjustable. Besides, the thickness of herb slices can be adjusted by changing the speed of knife rest & convey chain. The cutting speed can be adjusted according to different herbs .
Performance features
The cutting speed and transport speed are adjustable by converters, easy to adjust the thickness of herb slices.
The specialized designed cutter head was made of stainless steel 304, it’s a whole part, owns long lifetime.
The gas between knife and cutter head was adopted all new method. Easy to adjust and got the related patents.
The transport convey chain was made of stainless steel 304, own long lifetime and lower noise.
Equipped with 3 knives to ensure the same thickness of herb medicine slices and lower the attrition rate.
The surface of herb slices is smoothly and own same thickness.
